YOUR ROLE
- As a member of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Finance & Controlling BI team within Henkel dx, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting solutions
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of EPM projects
- In collaboration with Application owner, develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and stakeholder input
- Collaborate with EPM Business Application owner, business Key users, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and technical specifications
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track
- Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in EPM technologies and financial planning & management reporting practices
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of internal teams
- Ensure that the EPM system meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and usability
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree, preferably a major either in Finance, Controlling, Information Technology or similar subjects
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
- Experience in a similar role within a large enterprise or consulting firm
- Excellent project management skills with a minimum 5 years of experience in leading EPM implementations either from business or from IT side
- Proficiency in SAP BPC 11.1 on BW4/HANA and related tools and technologies would be a plus
- Being able to guide and influence team members without direct authority, often relying on collaboration and persuasion
- Excellent communication including cross cultural communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Azure Dev/Ops, Jira, Trello)
- Fluent in English; German language skill is a plus
