About this Position
Drive Persil’s growth in Central and Eastern Europe by leading strategic marketing initiatives, driving innovation, and collaborating across teams to shape the future of the brand
What you´ll do
- Develop and implement growth strategies for Persil in Central and Eastern Europe, aligning with regional and global brand positioning and analyzing market trends
- Lead regional marketing campaigns, collaborate with agencies, and optimize strategies based on KPIs and consumer engagement
- Manage the powders and gels portfolio, drive innovation with R&D, and track performance using sales data and consumer insights
- Work with local market teams, sales, R&D, supply chain, and finance to ensure strategic alignment and smooth execution
- Strengthen brand equity, ensure consistency across consumer touchpoints, and drive engagement through innovative marketing
- Continuously track and analyze brand, campaign, and product performance to refine strategies and maximize growth
What makes you a good fit
- Degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a similar field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing in an FMCG company with end-to-end brand communication responsibility
- Excellent English language skills, any CEE language is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Advanced user of MS Office applications along with PowerBI and NielsenIQ
- Team player with hands-on mentality and good time management
- Independent, proactive and accurate way of working
